When we first met with the homeowners of this adorable bungalow, they had severe water damage, framing issues, and plumbing problems galore!
We opened up their floor, installed new floor joists, jacked up the outer wall, replaced the sill plate, and replaced all the plumbing.
New subfloor, sheetrock, electrical and tile prep.
New cabinets built to clients specifications and tile to match the age of the house.
